These classes are designed around your specific requirements (needs & wants). Learn KickBoxing, MMA, Self-Defence, Street Survival, Restraints, Grappling or a combination of everything! You decide! Get fit, toned, strong, flexible and burn fat. You also decide the times and days you want the classes to be held on (depending on availability). We are available from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week. |
