Introduction to Kickboxing for Women

Kickboxing Class for Advanced
Expect a hard physical workout from this class as well as more advanced kicks, techniques and combinations.
Stretching and Flexibility Class
This is a great class for anyone looking to increase flexibility and improve leg strength and kicking ability. This class is a great way to limber up and to de-stress both at the same time.

These are the best classes to learn all of the requirements to help you pass the grades and work your way up the belt system to the coveted Black Belt.
Cardio Kickboxing Class
Cardio Kickboxing (similar to Tae Bo and Boxercise) is a mixture of Kickboxing and aerobics. It is a super way to burn fat without any bruises because there is no person to person contact in these class. Cardio Kickboxing is reported to burn a whopping 800 calories per hour!
Circuit Class
A Kickboxing Circuit is unlike any other and is very similar to how a fighter uses rounds to train for a fight. If you are a beginner you can pace yourself and take your time and if you are advanced you can really get a hard training session from this total body workout.
Sparring Class
Sparring is fighting while wearing all of the protective equipment. Beginners should not be put off or intimidated because advanced fighters are always willing to help you get started.
Grappling Class
Learn throws, takedowns and submission hold & locks. A great class to learn wrestling moves to add to your striking.
MMA Class
Perfect class for UFC and 'no rules' fighting enthusiasts. Train like the best and learn the techniques which make this sport so popular
TEAM M.A.I. Squad Training
Kickboxing (Points, Continuous, Full-Contact), Grappling & MMA will all be covered in each session as the team gets ready to compete. (20 members only - then a waiting list applies)
Leadership Program Class
This is an invitation only class for members and is available to those interested in becoming Martial Arts instructors.

Kids Class Descriptions
Little Ninjas
The Little Ninjas class is for 4, 5 and 6 year olds. These classes are a lot more then just kicking and punching where children will learn many life skills and have fun playing various Martial Arts games.
Kickin' Kids
In the Kickin' Kids class the 6 - 12 year olds get to release all there energy in a productive manner while also getting the opportunity to attain various coloured belts by demonstrating there increased knowledge and skill.
